About the Position: These positions are located at Guthrie Army Health Clinic, Fort Drum, New York. Salary negotiation may be available for those candidates who are new to Federal service. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation.
- Receive prescriptions for the full range of pharmaceuticals to include controlled drugs on the formulary.
- Determine type of substance, strength, dosage, and quantity to be dispensed in accordance with accepted practice and pharmacy standard operating procedures.
- Enter prescriptions into outpatient computer system.
- Coordinate with prescriber or pharmacist to clarify issues or problems with dosing, interactions, or instructions.
- Fill and label pharmaceutical medication.
