About the Position: This position is located at National Capital Region, Army Health Clinic Myer, in Arlington, Virginia. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- Plan, organize, and direct the activities of clinical pharmacy/outpatient services, ensuring that assigned pharmacy operation complies with legal and regulatory requirements and meets customer needs.
- Identify need for changes in priorities and takes action to implement such changes.
- Establish metrics and analysis systems to ensure actions are timely and reviewed at critical points.
- Advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
- Promote an environment in which employees are empowered to participate in and contribute to effective mission accomplishment.
