About the Position: Kenner Army Health Clinic, Fort Lee, Virginia. Kenner offers delivery of direct primary and preventive nursing care to active duty and retiree family members of all ages. This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist and may be filled from this announcement at any of the locations listed. We accept applications on an ongoing basis; qualified applicants will be considered as vacancies become available. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Provide practical nursing care to a diverse patient population with a variety of medical conditions.
- Perform tasks such as recording vital signs, ordering labs, tracking patient’s laboratory, radiology orders and referral results to completion.
- Initiate and maintain medical histories on patients, records observations, and identifies symptoms for use by the clinician.
- Report significant findings to the supervising nurse or physician.
- Perform direct nursing care to clinic patients via telemedicine, virtual, and face-to-face care.
