About the role
The Home Health Aide provides respectful personal care and support in patients’ homes under the plan of care and qualified clinical supervision.
What you will do
Assist with activities of daily living, mobility, hygiene, nutrition, and observation; document visits accurately; promptly report condition changes; and follow infection-control, patient-rights, privacy, safety, and emergency procedures.
Qualifications
Active Nevada nursing assistant/CNA credential and documented Medicare home health aide training and competency are required. Current BLS/CPR is required. Field duties require reliable transportation, driver’s license, and auto insurance. Employment is contingent on credential verification, background and exclusion screening, competency validation, and required health clearances.
