About the Position: This position is located within Dir of Clinical Support Dept of Preventative Medicine Public Health Nursing Service Schofield Barracks Honolulu, Hawaii. This is a Direct Hire Solicitation
- Assist in provides health consultation to Child Youth and School Aged Services
- Assist in performing functions with significant independence for Epidemiology, Disease Epidemiology Reporting System
- Coordinates closely with installation, local and state public health departments and military MTF to case manage and/or report data, facilitate or conduct epidemiologic investigations, or coordinate care as needed.
- Conduct patient assessments, tentative diagnosis and follow/up care after the initiation of infectious diseases for tuberculosis infection or exposure, and to limited degree, sexually transmitted diseases, and other reportable medical events.
- Administers immunizations individually or in mass, to support Soldier Readiness and community wellness.
