Mental Health Tech
Job Summary:
Under the supervision of registered nurses, assist in implementing medical, behavioral and psychiatric health care of patients. Performs a variety of clerical duties to support the provision of patient care.
Qualifications
Education

Required
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent
Experience:
•
Preferred
Two or more years of experience (or educational equivalence) in Mental Health, Social Services, and/or Behavioral Science
Certification/Licensure:
•
Required
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
Must obtain within ninety (90) days of start date
SAFE Approach Level III Certification
Must obtain within six (6) months of start date
