Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program Sponsorship

Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) Pathway – January 2027 Start

This opportunity is for students who have been accepted into a Registered Respiratory Therapy (RRT) program and will begin classes in September 2026. Through Berkshire Health Systems Pathway Program, upon acceptance, participants may be eligible for sponsorship while pursuing their RRT education. 

Application Requirements

Please submit:

• A completed application
• An up-to-date resume

In addition, please email the following documents to PathwayPrograms@bhs1.org:

1. Personal Statement

Please tell us:

• Why you are interested in becoming a RRT
• Why you are seeking sponsorship through the BHS Pathway Program

2. Letter(s) of Recommendation

Current BHS Employees

• One letter of recommendation from your current manager

Non-BHS Applicants

• Two letters of recommendation from a supervisor, manager, instructor, or professor
• Letters may not be submitted by friends or coworkers

3. Proof of Program Acceptance

• Documentation confirming your acceptance into a RRT program beginning in January 2027

Upon receipt of your completed application, we will reach out to schedule an interview.
