About the Position: The Supervisory Diagnostic Radiologic Technologist provides support to Kimbrough Ambulatory Care Center in Fort Meade, Maryland, helping ensure consistent, high-quality patient care and facility operations. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service.
- Plan work scheduled and sequence of operations to ensure staff meet schedule and priority assignments.
- Provide direct administrative and technical guidance on work requirements and procedures.
- Implement established personnel programs, including position management, equal employment opportunity (EEO), employee development, incentive awards, etc.
- Oversee work of subordinates performing very difficult radiographic/examinations.
- Operate and monitor diagnostic and therapeutic medical instruments.
