This position is eligible for the Education Debt Reduction Program (EDRP), a student loan payment reimbursement program. Responsible for management of diagnostic, preventative, and/or therapeutic gastroenterological and endoscopic services. Perform diagnostic and therapeutic upper and lower endoscopy, including: bleeding control, polypectomy, EMR, PEGS and dilation. Work closely with all health professionals throughout the medical center and provide consultation to other services. Possess basic endoscopic skills and have a background and interest in clinical/research participation. The position includes a faculty appointment at the affiliated Louisiana State University Health and Science Center. Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am to 4:30pm
