About the Position: Plans and implements an Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP) in accordance with DOD, DA, and HQ Installation Management Command (IMCOM) policies and guidelines; recommends revisions to established programs.
- Plans, directs, supervises and evaluates the Installation's Army Substance Abuse Program (ASAP).
- Plans and develops local policies, procedures, and reporting requirements and systems to effectively accomplish program goals.
- Coordinates and facilitates the Installation Employee Assistance Program (EAP).
- Conducts initial screening and assesses nature of client problems and refers to the appropriate community resources (ASAP, Mental Health, SWS, Psychiatry, etc.).
- Develops and coordinates a conflict resolution program to assist employees in resolving workplace conflict.
