About the Position: This position is located at Lyster Army Health Clinic, Fort Rucker, Alabama. The work schedule is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day. This is an open continuous announcement. Multiple vacancies exist/may be filled from this announcement. - Serve as a technical authority in Family Medicine, providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare services to patients across the full spectrum of age and complexity.
- Independently formulates full treatment plans based on thorough evaluation and diagnoses consistent with current evidence-based clinical practice guidelines.
- Develop and implement new clinical approaches, treatment protocols, and care delivery models to address system-wide clinical challenges requiring original solutions.
- Lead a major Family Medicine program by developing and directing clinical operations, establishing performance metrics, and providing guidance to other healthcare providers.
- Serve as a technical authority in Family Medicine, providing comprehensive diagnosis, treatment, and healthcare services to patients across the full spectrum of age (cradle to grave) and complexity.
